In this Phen375 review we’ll look at the claims made by the company that sells Phen375, what Phen375 is, what it contains and results experienced by typical followers of the weight loss program.
What is Phen375?
Phen375 was released in 2009 from research around ‘Phentermine’. ‘Phentermine’ diet pills were great for weight loss but had some negative side effects and as a result the pills were banned.
The new diet pill Phentemine 375 (notice the dropped ‘r’ in the name) claims to have done away with all of the negatives of the original pill, leaving only the ingredients that make it a great appetite suppressant and fat burner. This fat burner is called Phen375 and is 100% legal. It is sold only directly by the manufacturer and ships from the USA. The only countries that can’t receive Phen375 are those on the United States embargo list.
What does Phen375 contain?
Before you begin any weight loss program that asks you to take a supplement of any kind you should find out the ingredients and understand what they do.
The main ingredients are listed below and to be fair to the manufacturer they make this information freely available on their site and on all of their packaging.
This is an enzyme that promotes the release of the fat stored in your body into your bloodstream. This makes the fat become easier to burn by your body.
This is a hormone that occurs naturally in your body. It allows your body to break down the stored fat within it instead of your lean muscle tissue. The DHEA has been replaced with a herbal ingredient called Long jack Tongkate Ali. DHEA isn’t legal in South Africa or Australia and the company that manufactures Phen375 is aware of this. If you are in South Arica or Australia they will ensure that they only ship you Phen375 without any DHEA.
- 1,3-ddimethypentylamine hydrochloride
This is a substance that acts in a similar way to ephedrine (ephedra – a substance that is now banned) that creates a thermogenic action in your body and constantly burns fat by increasing your metabolism rate.
This is a naturally occurring substance that suppresses your appetite through telling your body that you are already full. This helps you eat less and you consume less calories.
This ingredient produces a number of results. Firstly, it reduces the amount of fat your body will uptake and also increases the rate at which you burn fat through thermogenisis (raising of body temperature).Capsaicin also helps to carry the other ingredients deeper into your body cells, which helps to maximise their effectiveness.
Claims Made By The Manufacturers of Phen375
The manufacturers state that “Phen375 contains substances that are already present in your body, and assists in the chemical breakdown of consumed and stored body fat. It boosts your metabolism rate so that you burn all this fat faster and increases your energy rate so that you will feel less like eating and more like exercising reasonably. It fools your brain into telling itself that you’re full and don’t need any more food. All this, plus eating small meals that contain all the calories that you really need from fruit, vegetables and simple carbohydrates, makes Phen375 a super-powerful weight loss product” Source: Phen375 Site
Essentially Phen375 increases the rate you burn fat and makes you want to eat less. According to the makers of Phen375 you will have to eat less to lose weight – if you don’t then you will not lose weight.
Phen375 Case Study Review
Phen375 has not been evaluated by the FDA but all of the ingredients are known to produce the effects claimed by the manufacturer. All of the ingredients are legal and there are thousands of testimonials from people who claim to have lost weight using Phen375.
The review below is a personal review having used Phen375 myself.
I ordered Phen375 as a combination deal (at the time of ordering I was able to order 3 bottles and get 1 free.) The reason that I purchased this deal was because you need to take 2 pills each day and the expected results claimed on the site were 3-5 lbs per week (about 1½ – 2 kg). This meant that over a 2 month period I could expect to lose somewhere around 48lbs (25kg). Although I didn’t need to lose quite this much weight I factored in that the manufacturers might claim that the speed of weight loss was faster than it was and that I may ‘stray’ a little during the 2 months. I also figured that if I did lose weight quickly then I might put some back on after following the diet and may want to do a second round so I achieved my target weight.
After receiving my package from the USA I started the program the following day (Saturday) after doing the shopping that I needed to follow the instructions. I found the programs available on the Phen375 site useful, although not as comprehensive as I would have liked.
The first week was absolutely great but I’ve found that on other diets too. I think that I’ve always been able to focus on something and really put enthusiasm into it so it wasn’t too much of a surprise that I had no problems following my plan and I actually lost a full 2kg in the first week.
The next few weeks were more difficult. Whilst my appetite was suppressed there was a kind of nagging in me for something and I couldn’t put my finger on it. It’s really hard to explain but I felt that something was missing. This was without doubt the hardest part for me, weeks 2 -5 but I lost 11kg.
I started to lose the ‘missing’ feeling (I guess in hindsight it was like a craving of some sort) and from that point on I ate differently again until I lost my last 3kg over a 10 day period.
The big test for me was keeping the weight off. I’m pleased to say that my eating habits have changed and I eat a lot more fish and vegetables or salad. I’ve taught my taste buds to savour some new tastes and overall I’m delighted with the results.
So would I recommend the use of Phen375 for you?
I would recommend a weight loss program for anyone who wants to lose weight so it’s up to you to decide if it’s right for you. I still think you’ll need willpower not to give in to the craving sensations, though this doesn’t manifest itself as hunger more of a ‘missing’ feeling as already described.
I lost 20kg over 7 ½ weeks and didn’t feel abnormally hungry during that time but I definitely knew I was losing weight.
It’s also caused me a few problems in that I’ve had to go shopping for a whole new wardrobe!
